本文用有限元方法对小车变幅附着式塔机结构动态特性进行了理论分析、计算和实验研究。建立了塔机结构在起升平面的力学模型。通过编制和调试的计算机程序,对塔机结构各种工况的频率,振型及动力响应进行了计算和理论研究。同时对塔机结构的振动频率和动载系数的简化计算问题进行了研究,指出塔机结构的动力响应计算不宜用单自由度模型,并给出了动载系数的推荐值。
In this paper, the finite element method is applied to the theoretical analysis, calculation and experimental research on the dynamic characteristics of trolley luffing attachment tower crane. The mechanical model of tower crane structure in the hoisting plane is established. Through the compilation and debugging of the computer program, the tower crane structure of various operating conditions of the frequency, mode and dynamic response were calculated and theoretical research. At the same time, the simplified calculation of vibration frequency and dynamic load coefficient of tower crane structure are studied. It is pointed out that the calculation of dynamic response of tower crane structure should not be based on single degree of freedom model, and the recommended value of dynamic load factor is given.
