目的 :探讨血清及脑脊液髓鞘碱性蛋白与中枢神经系统白血病 (CNSL)之间的关系。方法 :对确诊的5 0例急性白血病 (AL)患者及匹配的正常人的血清及脑脊液髓鞘碱性蛋白进行测定。结果 :中枢神经系统白血病组血清髓鞘碱性蛋白含量 5 .0 71± 1.15 ng/ m l,脑脊液含量 7.75± 1.6 5 ng/ ml,均明显高于对照组及白血病组。结论 :血清及脑脊液髓鞘碱性蛋白可作为反映 CNSL 病情及预后特异性较高的生化指标
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum and cerebrospinal fluid myelin basic protein and central nervous system leukemia (CNSL). Methods: The serum and cerebrospinal fluid myelin basic protein of 50 confirmed acute leukemia (AL) patients and matched normal individuals were determined. Results: The levels of serum myelin basic protein in the central nervous system leukemia group were 5.01±1.15 ng/ml and cerebrospinal fluid content was 7.75±1.65 ng/ml, which were significantly higher than those in the control and leukemia groups. Conclusion : Myelin basic protein in serum and cerebrospinal fluid can be used as a biochemical indicator reflecting the specificity and prognosis of CNSL
