目的:探讨第三代头孢菌素类药物的临床不良反应,为合理应用头孢菌素类药物提供参考。方法:回顾性分析我院2010年6月~2011年2月临床使用第三代头孢菌素类药物出现不良反应的50例患者的临床资料。结果:使用头孢呱酮出现不良反应的患者有19例;使用头孢他啶产生不良反应的患者有6例;使用头孢曲松出现不良反应的患者有10例;使用头孢噻肟出现不良反应的患者有15例;胃肠道出现不良反应的患者为10例;发生过敏反应的患者有30例。不良反应的发生和患者的性别、年龄没有显著关联。结论:临床使用第三代头孢菌类素药物时,不仅应注重药物的疗效,还应该高度重视不良反应的发生情况,及时采取有效措施进行防治,从而不断提高药物使用的合理性。
Objective: To investigate the clinical adverse reactions of the third generation cephalosporins and provide a reference for the rational application of cephalosporins. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from June 2010 to February 2011 clinical use of third-generation cephalosporins adverse clinical data of 50 patients. RESULTS: Sixteen patients had adverse reactions with ceftazidime; 19 patients had adverse reactions with ceftriaxone; and 15 patients had adverse reactions with cefotaxime Cases; gastrointestinal tract adverse reactions in patients with 10 cases; allergic reactions occurred in 30 patients. The incidence of adverse reactions and the patient’s gender, age, no significant correlation. Conclusion: The clinical use of third-generation cephalosporins drugs should not only pay attention to the curative effect of drugs, but also attach great importance to the occurrence of adverse reactions and timely take effective measures to prevent and cure, so as to continuously improve the rationality of drug use.
