Choking现象是目前运动心理学领域研究的一大热点问题,定义为压力条件下一种习惯的运动执行过程发生衰变的现象。本文在综述比赛中“Choking”现象研究成果的基础上,分析诱发产生“Choking”的内外部因素,并提出全面夯实基本功,增强自身实力,树立必胜信心;积极地自我暗示,调整情绪,形成良好的心理状态;重视科学心理选材等应对策略。
Choking phenomenon is one of the hot issues in the field of sports psychology at present. It is defined as the decay phenomenon of a habitual exercise under pressure. Based on the research results of “Choking ” in the competition, this paper analyzes the internal and external factors that induce “Choking ”, and puts forward that it should comprehensively reinforce the basic skills, enhance its own strength and establish the win of confidence; actively self-suggestion, Adjust emotions, form a good state of mind; emphasis on scientific and psychological selection and other coping strategies.
