土壤测定表明:黑土中有效硼含量一般为0.2—0.8ppm,平均0.35ppm,属缺硼区。本项目研究了不同生育期甜菜对硼吸收特点及不同部位的分布状况。施硼后对甜菜植株中硼含量及块根糖分的积累和植株干物重都有明显影响。施硼可使甜菜块根产量增加22.8%;含糖提高0.3%;产糖量增加22.8%。由统计分析结果表明施硼后可增加植株抗病能力,使根病发病率明显减少,特别是心腐病基本得到控制,甜菜褐斑病降低一个级数。
Soil testing showed that the available boron content in black soil is generally 0.2-0.8ppm, with an average of 0.35ppm, which belongs to boron deficient area. This project studied the boron absorption characteristics and the distribution of different parts of sugar beet in different growth stages. After boron application, the content of boron in sugarbeet plant and the accumulation of sugar in root tuber and dry weight of plant were significantly affected. Boron application increased the root yield of sugar beet by 22.8%, the sugar content increased by 0.3% and the sugar yield increased by 22.8%. The results of statistical analysis showed that the application of boron can increase plant disease resistance, so that the incidence of root disease significantly reduced, especially heart rot control, beet leaf brown spots decreased by one series.
