本文报告了重组人脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)对无血清培养的出生后7天(P7)Wis-tar大鼠耳蜗初级听觉神经元存活与分化的生物学效应。结果表明,外源性BDNF可以促进P7Wistar大鼠听神经元的体外存活和轴突生长。实验提示,BDNF对于发育成熟的效应神经元仍具有明显的神经营养作用。
This paper reports the biological effects of recombinant human brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) on the survival and differentiation of primary auditory neurons in the cochlea of Wis-tar rats at 7 days postnatal day 7 (P7). The results showed that exogenous BDNF can promote survival and axon growth of auditory neurons in P7Wistar rats. Experiments show that BDNF still has significant neurotrophic effects on mature effector neurons.
