The 1807 United States v. Allan Burr case is a very controversial case, which caused a huge stir because of the trial of former vice president Aaron Burr, and because of the excessive involvement of the incumbent President Thomas Jefferson The conflict between the executive branch and the judiciary has become one of the most watched cases in the history of the United States.
