随着经济一体化的不断发展,市场经济发展面临着越来越激烈的竞争,在进行酒店的管理过程中需要根据酒店业务的实际发展需要来进行管理方式上的转变,同时酒店专业的人才培养模式的调整也是当今高职院校教学管理的重要内容。现代的学徒制人才的培养模式实现了高职院校在高等性以及职业上的融合,通过学校和企业合作的方式来实现人才培养质量的不断提高。本文首先分析现代学徒制研究的现状,进而对高职酒店管理专业人才培养的主要问题分析,之后针对问题来进行对策分析。
