本文对F-1300三缸单作用泥浆泵人字齿轮副的无退刀槽、有退刀槽和拚装三种设计方案进行了制造精度、成本、齿轮强度和工作寿命分析计算。结果表明,当采用齿轮工作寿命与其加工成本、价格比为衡量指标时,通过人字齿轮刨齿加工实现的无退刀槽设计方案指标最高,成为最优方案。最后,考虑到影响方案评价的其它因素,应用价值工程理论中加权评分法进行了综合分析,其结果进一步证实了上述结论。
In this paper, F-1300 three-cylinder single-acting mud pump herringbone gear no relief groove, undercut and assembly of three designs for manufacturing precision, cost, gear strength and working life analysis and calculation. The results show that when using the working life of gear and its processing cost, the price ratio is a measure, the index of design without relief groove realized by the gear machining of herringbone gear has the highest index and becomes the optimal plan. Finally, taking into account the other factors that affect the evaluation of the program, a comprehensive analysis is carried out using the weighted scoring method in value engineering theory. The results further confirm the above conclusion.
