近年来,医疗纠纷愈演愈烈,医疗索赔也越涨越高,患者和家属的过度维权已经成为医院生存发展的难题之一。成因:患者及家属对医疗期望值过高:医疗服务不到位;媒体对医疗的报道有失偏颇。危害:其主要危害有影响社会及家庭的安定:加重了卫生行政部门及医院管理部门的工作量;干扰正常的医疗秩序;增加了医疗单位的经济负担;损害医院合法经济权益;加重医务人员的心理压力;影响医疗单位和医务人员在社会上的声誉和形象,加重了人民法院的审判难度和工作负担等。防范与对策:(1)加强对医务人员医德医风教育是杜绝医疗纠纷的根本保证。(2)改善服务态度,加强医患沟通。(3)换位思考,取得谅解。(4)尊重事实,依法维护医患双方的合法权益。(5)寻求法律帮助是重要的途径。

The excessive protection of rights of patients and their families has become one of the problems in the survival and development of hospitals. Causes: Patients and their families have high medical expectations: medical services are not in place; media coverage of medical care is biased. Prevention and countermeasures: (1) Strengthening medical education for medical staff is the fundamental guarantee for eliminating medical disputes. (2) Improve service attitude and strengthen communication between doctors and patients. (3) Empathy and understanding. (4) Respect the facts and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients. (5) It is an important way to seek legal help.
