混匀矿工艺是烧结高质、高产的重要保证,混匀矿质量的好坏直接影响烧结矿及高炉铁水的质量。针对宝钢原料分厂混匀料场在一期混匀矿投产初期,存在粒度偏析和成分波动较大等问题,宝钢原料分厂采取往返变速平铺布料和端部延时堆积技术改善混匀矿堆积质量,取得了较好效果。本文主要介绍了这两种技术,以供同行参考。
