教育的人文关怀已成为了当今社会教育的发展趋势。学前期是人一生性格形成和人文素质形成的关键时期,在此期间开展人文教育意义深远。然而,现阶段幼儿教育存在许多问题:教育的功利色彩仍然突出;独生子女教育上的缺陷;部分幼儿教师自身人文素质不足;家长对幼儿人文素质养成重视不够;不良的社会评价;现代社会物质条件的不当利用等因素都给幼儿人文素质的养成带来了许多不良的影响。在分析目前我国幼儿人文教育现状的基础上,本文试图从学前教育机构的环境创设、教育过程的方法、理念等方面进行了探讨,提出了加强幼儿人文教育的途径和方法,指出人文素质教育是一个漫长的积淀过程,需要家庭、社区与学校的密切配合。
The humane care of education has become the trend of education in today’s society. The pre-school period is a crucial period in the formation of personality and humanistic quality in a person’s life. It is of far-reaching significance to carry out humanities education during this period. However, there are many problems in preschool education at this stage: the utilitarianism of education is still outstanding; the defects of only-child education; some preschool teachers lack of humanistic quality; the parents pay insufficient attention to the humanistic quality of preschool children; the poor social evaluation; The improper use of conditions and other factors have brought many negative effects on the development of humanistic quality of young children. Based on the analysis of the current situation of humanistic education for young children in our country, this paper tries to discuss the ways of creating environment and educational process of pre-school education institutions and methods and concepts, and puts forward ways and methods of strengthening humanistic education for young children. It points out that humanistic education is A long process of accumulation, the need for families, communities and schools in close cooperation.
