五年制高职教育对于学生价值观的形成和习惯的养成具有深远意义。本文从教育管理育人的实际出发,对当前五年制学生的现状与特点进行分析,并结合本校教育管理的做法提出改进对策。
Five-year vocational education is of far-reaching significance to the formation of students’ values and the formation of habits. Based on the actual situation of educational management and education, this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of current five-year students and puts forward some countermeasures based on our own educational management.
