实验采用等离子喷注的工艺方法将还原铁粉喷注到铝液中。经过手工搅拌均匀,浇注到铁模中冷却,制得过共晶铝铁合金试样。使用金相显微镜和EDS检测方法,探讨、分析了等离子喷注法制备铝铁合金的组织特点。结果表明,等离子喷注法制备的铝铁合金试样,其富铁相大部分呈颗粒状,金相尺寸比普通的电阻炉熔铸法要小。等离子喷注工艺方法制备高性能铝铁合金是可行的,其铝铁合金的富铁相容易得到细化,形貌多为颗粒状、短块状。
Experiments using plasma jet method of reducing iron powder injected into the liquid aluminum. After mixing by hand, pouring iron mold cooling, obtained over eutectic aluminum-iron alloy sample. The microstructure and microstructure of Al-Fe alloy prepared by plasma jet method were analyzed and analyzed by optical microscope and EDS. The results show that most of the Fe-rich phase of the Al-Fe alloy prepared by the plasma jet method are granular, and the size of the Fe-Al alloy is smaller than that of ordinary resistance furnace casting. It is feasible to prepare high-performance aluminum-iron alloy by plasma spraying process. The iron-rich alloy of aluminum-iron alloy is easy to be refined and the morphology is mostly granular and short block.
