随着人们生活水平的提高,如今的中国农民也早已摆脱了温饱问题,开始关注食用产品的安全性。然而,由于农村的食品卫生保障机制尚未完善,有不少投机分子依然把农村作为自己的主战场,使之成为各种不合格、不卫生食品泛滥的地带,也是食品安全事件发生的“重灾区”。为此,国家出台了《食品安全法》,采取一系列措施保证食品安全,保障人民健康。在日常生活中,我们也要学会鉴别问题食品,提高生活品质。为此,中国农业大学食品学院营养与食品安全系副教授范志红,特向读者传授日常购买食品的诀窍。
