目的:探讨人工流产术后应用复方短效避孕药达英-35的临床价值。方法:选取2012年1月~2014年6月在该院行人工流产术的孕妇360例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(180例)与观察组(180例),对照组术后服用抗生素及口服宫缩剂;观察组术后除服用上述药物外即时服用达英-35(炔雌醇环丙孕酮片),每晚1片,连服21天为一个周期,停药7天,开始第2周期(剂量同前),服用2个周期。记录两组患者术后阴道出血量、流血持续时间、经期腹痛、月经恢复情况、月经紊乱发生情况、盆腔炎症发生率、重复流产率,观察期2个月。结果:两组在年龄、孕龄、孕次、产次、体重、月经周期上比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组阴道流血时间、经期腹痛、月经量减少情况、术后月经紊乱发生情况、重复流产率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产术后应用复方短效口服避孕药达英-35可高效避孕,缩短阴道出血时间,减少术后阴道出血量,促进子宫内膜及月经周期恢复,有效减少经期腹痛,降低重复流产发生率,安全可靠。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of dacron-35, a compound short-acting contraceptive, after induced abortion. The observation group vaginal bleeding time, menstrual cramps, menstrual flow reduction, postoperative menstrual disorders, repeated abortion rate compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of compound short-term oral contraceptive Da-Ying-35 after abortion can effectively contraceptive, shorten the time of vaginal bleeding, reduce postoperative vaginal bleeding, promote endometrial and menstrual cycle recovery, effectively reduce menstrual abdominal pain and reduce recurrent miscarriage The incidence, safe and reliable.
