目的:探讨复方丹芩颗粒长期服用对机体血细胞成分、肝功与肾功的影响。方法:给大鼠不同剂量复方丹芩颗粒灌胃180 d后,取血进行血常规及血液生化检验。结果:喂食复方丹芩颗粒组大鼠血液生化及血常规值均与对照组无显著差别。结论:复方丹芩颗粒长期服用对机体血液成分及肝、肾功能无不良影响。 Objective: To investigate the effects of long-term administration of Compound Danshao Granule on blood cell composition, liver function and renal function. METHODS: Rats were given intragastric administration of different doses of Compound Danshao Granules for 180 days. Blood was taken for routine blood tests and biochemical tests. RESULTS: There were no significant differences in blood biochemical and blood routine values ​​between rats fed compound Danshao Granule group and the control group. Conclusion: Long-term use of Compound Danshao Granules has no adverse effects on blood components and liver and kidney function.
