文章分析我国图书馆职业资格制度尚未建立的主要原因,提出建立图书馆职业资格制度的基本理念,在此基础上分别从自上而下和自下而上两种路径阐述我国图书馆职业资格制度的实现方式和发展思路。最后提出当前我国图书馆职业资格制度的实现路径:利用体制机制改革提供的图书馆自主权限推行岗位管理体系,促进专业化发展,通过呈现成熟的岗位管理模式和行业组织模式积极影响立法。
This article analyzes the main reason why our country’s library qualification system has not yet been established and puts forward the basic idea of establishing the library’s vocational qualification system. On this basis, it elaborates the library’s vocational qualification system from top to bottom and bottom-up respectively The way of realization and development ideas. At last, the paper puts forward the way to realize the current vocational qualification system of library in our country: using the autonomy of the library provided by institutional reform to promote the post management system and promoting the professional development, and positively influencing the legislation by presenting the mature job management mode and industrial organization mode.
