介绍了同轴径向传热的高温热管结构、工作原理及其传热特性。根据这种高温热管的传热特性 ,结合Bridgman晶体生长法 ,研制了碲镉汞 (MCT)晶体材料生长炉 ,并利用该热管炉生长出了合格的 MCT晶体材料试样。
The structure, working principle and heat transfer characteristics of high temperature heat pipe with coaxial radial heat transfer are introduced. According to the heat transfer characteristics of this high-temperature heat pipe and the Bridgman crystal growth method, a growth furnace of MCT crystal material was developed, and a sample of a qualified MCT crystal material was grown by the heat pipe furnace.
