围绕飞机产品数据管理的特点,首先分析了基于全三维设计的协同研制方式,梳理了异构系统中模型动态重组技术的应用流程,然后通过研究全三维环境中记录CATIA装配模型信息的位置矩阵及其原理,定义了描述产品组织结构的XML格式,建立了基于位置矩阵的装配模型重组技术;最后明确提出了模型动态重组系统的实现途径。工程实践证明,该方法满足型号研制的工程需求,具有良好的应用价值。
Focusing on the characteristics of aircraft product data management, this paper firstly analyzes the collaborative development method based on full three-dimensional design and the application process of dynamic reconfiguration of model in heterogeneous systems. Then, by studying the location matrix of CATIA assembly model information in full-dimensional environment and The principle, the XML format that describes the organizational structure of the product, and the reorganization of the assembly model based on the location matrix are established. Finally, the ways to realize the dynamic reconfiguration of the model are put forward. Engineering practice shows that this method meets the engineering requirements developed by the model and has good application value.
