为进一步降低海水淡化的成本,同时提高资源利用效率,提出一个精细的离网型风电海水淡化系统动态优化设计模型。该优化设计模型以风电、储能设备和海水淡化装置的物理模型为基础,通过求解数学规划问题,可得到系统各部分的最优容量配置和实时运行方式。该模型最大的特点是考虑了风能的波动性,在风能动态变化的前提下,得到的优化设计结果比静态的设计更具现实意义。
In order to further reduce the cost of seawater desalination and at the same time improve the resource utilization efficiency, a dynamic optimization design model of a fine off-grid wind power desalination system is proposed. Based on the physical model of wind power, energy storage equipment and desalination plant, the optimization design model can obtain the optimal capacity allocation and real-time operation mode of each part of the system by solving the mathematical programming problem. The most prominent feature of this model is the wind energy volatility. Under the premise of dynamic wind energy, the optimized design result is more realistic than the static design.
