高技术条件下局部战争对野营保障提出了新的要求。我军野营保障无论是在装备物资储备,运送供应方式,还是在装备性能上都还不适应高技术战争要求。因此,必须有针对性地进行科学储备;改善现有装备,研制一批新型野营装备;采用“五变”法进行野外设营,根据作战样式变化适时调整保障方式。 Local wars in high-tech conditions have set new demands on camp protection. Our army’s camping protection has not met the requirements of high-tech wars either in terms of equipment stockpiles, shipping supplies or equipment performance. Therefore, scientific reserves must be targeted; existing equipment should be improved and a new batch of camping equipment should be developed; field operations should be conducted in accordance with the “five changes” approach and adjustments should be made in a timely manner according to changes in operational styles.
