目的探讨超声在剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良中的诊断价值。方法对2003-03～2009-06收治的14例剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良的超声资料及临床治疗方法进行回顾分析。结果剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良有特征性的超声图像,14例均治愈出院。结论超声能准确诊断剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良,为临床治疗提供重要依据。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound in the healing of uterine incision after cesarean section. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the ultrasound data and clinical treatment of 14 cases of uterine incision healed after cesarean section admitted from 2003-03 to 2009-06. Results After cesarean section, the uterine incision healed abnormally with characteristic ultrasound images, and 14 cases were cured and discharged. Conclusion Ultrasound can accurately diagnose the uterine incision healing after cesarean section and provide an important basis for clinical treatment.
