目的:建立一种用高效液相色谱拆分盐酸西替利嗪对映体的方法。方法:选用CHIRALPAK AD-H(250mm×4.6mm)色谱柱,以正己烷-异丁醇-三氟乙酸(75:25:0.05)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min~(-1),柱温为室温,检测波长为230nm。结果:盐酸西替利嗪右旋体和左旋体色谱峰的保留时间分别为10.4和8.2min,分离度为2.7。结论:本法可用于测定盐酸左旋西替利嗪中右旋异构体的含量,并控制盐酸左旋西替利嗪质量。
Objective: To establish a method for the separation of enantiomers of cetirizine hydrochloride by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The chromatographic column of CHIRALPAK AD-H (250 mm × 4.6 mm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase was n-hexane-isobutanol-trifluoroacetic acid (75:25:0.05) The column temperature was room temperature and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results: The retention times of cetirizine hydrochloride dextrose and levoion were 10.4 and 8.2 min, respectively, with a resolution of 2.7. Conclusion: This method can be used to determine the content of dextrorotine hydrochloride in dextromethorphan and control the quality of levocetirizine hydrochloride.
