目的:比较两面针根、茎的抗击打损伤和镇痛抗炎作用,为两面针以茎入药,扩大药用部位提供实验依据。方法:采用大鼠腿部击打损伤模型比较两面针根、茎的抗击打损伤作用,采用小鼠扭体模型和热板致痛模型比较两面针根、茎的镇痛作用,采用角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀模型、弗氏佐剂致大鼠足肿胀模型和大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型比较两面针根、茎的抗炎作用。结果:两面针根、茎均能不同程度改善大鼠腿部击打损伤部位的外观和组织学症状表现,减少醋酸致小鼠疼痛扭体次数和提高热板致小鼠疼痛痛阈值,抑制角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀和棉球致大鼠肉芽增生的炎症反应。结论:两面针茎抗击打损伤和镇痛抗炎的药效作用与两面针根相近。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the anti-inflammatory, anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory effects of Rhizoma Anemarrhena asparagus and Rhizoctonia so as to provide the experimental basis for expanding the medicinal parts of Rhizoma Dioscoreae with stems. METHODS: The rat model of leg-beating injury was used to compare the anti-stroke and damaging effects of two-sided needle and root. The writhing model and hot-plate pain model were used to compare the analgesic effects of two-sided needle and stem. The carrageenan Anti - inflammatory effects of Rhizoma Dioscoreaceae roots and stems were compared between the model of foot induced swelling in rats and the model of foot swelling in rats induced by Freund ’s adjuvant and the model of cotton ball granuloma in rats. Results: The root and stem of the two-sided needle could improve the appearance and histological symptom of rat’s leg striking lesion to some extent, reduce the number of pain writhing induced by acetic acid in mice and increase the threshold of pain pain of mice induced by hot plate, Inflammatory reaction of carrageenan to rat foot swelling and granulation hyperplasia induced by cotton. Conclusion: Both sides of the needles fight against injury and analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect and the role of both sides of the needle is similar.
