涡轴发动机性能在湿热盐雾环境试飞时会产生衰减。为更好的评定发动机性能,从理论方面分析湿热环境对发动机性能影响的机理和程度,建立了涡轴发动机的部件级热力学性能计算模型,对该影响进行定量计算。讨论了盐雾环境对发动机性能的影响机理,介绍了发动机清洗对盐雾环境下性能恢复的影响,并结合实际试飞结果与常规环境下发动机性能的比较,对发动机清洗的效果进行验证。结果表明,湿热和盐雾环境都会使发动机性能降低,发动机清洗能显著改善盐雾环境对发动机性能的影响。
Turboshaft engine performance in the hot and humid salt spray environment will produce attenuation test. In order to evaluate the performance of the engine better, the mechanism and degree of influence of the damp-heat environment on the engine performance are theoretically analyzed. The calculation model of the component-level thermodynamic performance of the turboshaft engine is established, and the influence is quantitatively calculated. The influence mechanism of salt spray environment on engine performance is discussed. The effect of engine wash on performance recovery in salt spray environment is introduced. The effect of engine cleaning is verified by comparison of actual test results with engine performance under normal conditions. The results show that both the heat and the salt spray environment can reduce the performance of the engine, and the engine cleaning can significantly improve the effect of the salt spray environment on the engine performance.
