近些年,随着众多学者对桩土相互作用的研究和认识逐渐深入,关于桩土接触面的受力特性的研究成为热点。但在预制桩贯入过程、休止期及静载荷试验中桩土界面受力状态如何能够被准确测试一直是研究的难点。硅压阻式压力传感器是一种智能化测试元件,并且因其优良的测试特性而被应用于土与混凝土结构物的接触问题中。本文通过详细阐述硅压阻式压力传感器的结构组成、测试原理以及其在试验中的应用和试验结果的分析,论证了其被应用于预制桩贯入过程、休止期及静载荷试验中判断测试桩桩土界面力学机制的可行性,并为硅压阻式压力传感器测试技术应用于岩土工程其他相关领域开辟了一条新路径。
In recent years, with many scholars deepening the research and understanding of the pile-soil interaction, the research on the mechanical properties of pile-soil contact surface becomes a hot topic. However, in the process of precast pile penetration, quiescent period and static load test how the state of pile-soil interface can be accurately tested has been a research difficult. Silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor is an intelligent test element, and because of its excellent testing characteristics and is applied to the soil and concrete structures in contact problems. In this paper, the structure and test principle of silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor and its application in the test and the analysis of the test results are described in detail. It is demonstrated that the piezoresistive pressure sensor is applied to the precast piles penetrating process, the rest period and the static load test judgment test Pile pile soil interface mechanics feasibility, and opened up a new path for the application of silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor testing technology in other related fields of geotechnical engineering.
