我们进行了含有弥散细微石墨粒子的游离铅易切削黄铜的熔炼试验,并在耐用铸模中进行了合金铸造。对铸造的锭坯进行了直接和间接的热挤压,所获得的挤压坯料组织和切削加工性能如下:1.在直接挤压中,坯料表面产生叽嘎声,显然通过合金塑流,石墨粒子以环形附着在并富集在坯料周围。2.在间接挤压中,出现了锭坯的石墨粒子反向附着于材料截面中心部分的倾向。3.显然,石墨粒子分布密度大大影响了切削加工性。
We conducted a melting test of free lead free-cutting brass containing fine graphite particles dispersed and alloyed in a durable mold. Direct and indirect hot extrusion was performed on the cast billet. The extruded billet structure and machinability obtained were as follows: 1. In indirect extrusion, there is a tendency of the graphite particles of the ingot blank to reversely adhere to the central portion of the cross-section of the material.
