低碳钢的单向拉伸试验是力学试验的一项重要内容。本文根据实际试件並非均匀等直引起的应力集中与位错塞积引起的形变强化,分析说明了形成颈缩现象的物理力学原因。又据颈缩部位由于缺口效应引起的应力状态的变化,轴心应力的急剧增长,和非金属夹杂物等缺陷的存在,分析说明了形成杯状断口的物理力学原因。
Low-carbon steel unidirectional tensile test is an important part of mechanical testing. In this paper, based on the fact that the actual specimen is not uniform stress caused by stress concentration and dislocation plugging deformation caused by enhanced analysis shows that the formation of necking phenomenon of physical and mechanical reasons. According to the change of stress state caused by notch effect, the sharp increase of axial stress and the existence of nonmetallic inclusions in the neck, the physical and mechanical reasons for the formation of cup-shaped fracture are analyzed.
