目的强化对餐饮具集中消毒单位的卫生监督管理。方法依据法律法规,认真调研,制定标准;召开会议,明确要求;强化检查,督促整改;长效监管,量化分级。结果经整治,卫生硬件设施改善,卫生管理意识增强,企业重视定型外包装标识的标注,但采购索证工作有待进一步加强,日常操作须进一步规范。结论依法对餐饮具集中消毒单位进行卫生监督,可提高餐饮具卫生质量。
Objective To strengthen the health supervision and management of the centralized disinfection units of tableware. Methods According to laws and regulations, we carefully studied and formulated standards; held meetings to clarify requirements; strengthened inspection and supervision and rectification; and long-term regulation and quantification of grading. Results After remediation, the health hardware facilities improved and health management awareness increased. Enterprises attached great importance to the labeling of stereotypes packaging packaging. However, the procurement certification needed to be further strengthened, and the daily operation needs to be further regulated. Conclusions According to the law, the hygiene supervision of the centralized disinfection unit of catering equipment can improve the hygiene quality of catering equipment.
