Cladosporium fulvum is a pathogenic fungus of leaf mold of Solanum lycopersicum, which seriously threatens the production of tomato. The interaction between the two is in accordance with the “gene-to-gene” hypothesis. It is the current study of the interaction between plant and pathogen . This paper reviewed briefly the research history of leaf mold fungus and resistance gene (Cf), summarized the characteristics of fungal infection and the types, functions and characteristics of effector factors. The types, localization, evolution, structure and function of Cf gene in tomato In particular, the recent research results on the molecular mechanisms of Cf / Avr interaction, signal transduction and self-activation of resistance genes are emphatically elaborated. At the same time, the problems and research hotspots in the future research of tomato leaf- The strategy is discussed. In order to provide some useful information for the study of tomato leaf-mold resistance or plant fungal disease.
