朱高峰,生于1935年5月27日,宁波镇海人。1951年考入清华大学物理系,1953年被选送到苏联列宁格勒电信工程学院,1958年毕业,获工程师学位。历任邮电部副部长、主任高级工程师等职,长期从事电信科研工作。20世纪60年代至70年代,参与主持;个通信载波传输系统总体设计与研制工作。负责总体设计的我国第一套中同轴电缆1800路载波通信系统,是我国载波通信系统的重要组成部分,1978年获全国科学大会奖。特别该项目的有些技术达到国外万路载波系统的水平,取得了丰硕成果,填补了国内空白。20世纪80年代倡议并组织建设全国长途自动电话网,提出网络运行可靠性总体设想,推动了通信网络理论的发展。20世纪90年代组织制定了我国长途网络计划,为“八五”计划期间建设我国22条光缆主干线起了主导
Zhu peak, born May 27, 1935, Ningbo Zhenhai. In 1951 admitted to the Department of Physics, Tsinghua University, 1953 was sent to the Soviet Union Leningrad Telecommunications Engineering Institute, graduated in 1958, won an engineer degree. Served as vice minister of Posts and Telecommunications, director of senior engineer and other staff, has long been engaged in telecommunications research. From the 1960s to the 1970s, he took part in the overall design and development of a communication carrier transmission system. In charge of the overall design of China’s first set of coaxial cable 1800 carrier communication system is China’s carrier communication system an important part of the 1978 National Science Conference Award. In particular, some of the technologies of this project have reached the level of overseas Wanfang carrier system and have achieved fruitful results, filling in the domestic blank. In the 1980s, it advocated and organized the construction of a national long-distance automatic telephone network, put forward the overall assumption of network operation reliability and promoted the development of communication network theory. The 1990s organized the long-distance network plan of our country and dominates the construction of 22 trunk lines in China during the “85” Plan
