从商业街的发展趋势来看,集商业、旅游、文化于一体的商旅文结合是转型升级的方向。其中,商业是基础,旅游是载体,文化是灵魂。从2001年全市第一条市级特色商业街算起,北京特色商业街培育发展工作,经历了十年的历程。在这十多年时间里,北京市结合现有资源和历史文化底蕴打造了四大类26条市级特色商业街。每条特色商业街都以自己独特的文化内涵和特色定位,受到了各方青睐,成为吸引中外宾客和北京市民购物休闲旅游消费的首选场
From the development trend of Commercial Street, business, tourism and culture in one business combination is the direction of transformation and upgrading.
