作者等为进一步研究食物刺激所致的血清降钙素(Calcitonin)分泌,对无溃疡的消化不良病人(X线检查未显示消化性溃疡)、十二指肠溃疡病人、无胃肠病史的健康人(对照组),分别在进食前、进食期间和进食后测定血清降钙素。其中无溃疡的消化不良组25例,11例女性,14例男性,平均年龄29.6岁。十二指肠溃疡组9例,3例女性,6例男性,平均年龄43.2岁。对照组12例,5例女性,7例男性,平均年龄33.5岁。方法是晚上禁食后,于次日在15分钟内吃完一份固体食物(含蛋白质31克、碳水化合物30克、脂肪30克)。用静脉导管分别采集基础状态和进食开始后3、6、9、15、30、45、90和120分钟的血液,然后用放射免疫法测定血清降钙素。降钙素与一定浓度的合成的人胃泌素、牛甲状旁腺激素、高度纯化的猪胆囊收缩素、合成的胆囊收缩
In order to further study the secretion of calcitonin caused by food irritation, the authors investigated the health of non-ulcer dyspepsia patients (X-ray examination does not show peptic ulcer), duodenal ulcer patients, and no history of gastrointestinal disease (Control group), serum calcitonin were measured before eating, during eating and after eating respectively. Among them, there were 25 cases of dyspepsia without ulcer, 11 cases of women and 14 cases of males, with an average age of 29.6 years. Duodenal ulcer group 9 cases, 3 women, 6 males, mean age 43.2 years old. The control group, 12 cases, 5 cases of women, 7 cases of men, with an average age of 33.5 years. The method is to eat a solid food (31 grams of protein, 30 grams of carbohydrates, 30 grams of fat) within 15 minutes the next day after fasting. The venous catheters were used to collect the basal state and blood samples at 3, 6, 9, 15, 30, 45, 90 and 120 minutes after the start of feeding, respectively, and then serum calcitonin was measured by radioimmunoassay.
