本文报道以MR-GC80微型反应器考察不同醇(CnH_(2n+1)OH,n=1~5)在HZSM-5分子筛上转化成汽油的产物分布。实验表明:1、尽管采用不同的醇进行反应,但其产物组成分布却近乎相同;2、在反应过程中,气相产物中烷烃/烯烃之比和油相产物中,(C_(6-8))芳烃含量均随反应时间的增加而减少;3、HZSM-5分子筛上结焦积炭速度随着反应物醇的碳数增多而减少。这些都能支持醇在HZSM-5分子筛上转化成汽油的催化机理为正碳离子机理。
In this paper, we investigate the product distribution of different alcohols (CnH_ (2n + 1) OH, n = 1 ~ 5) converted to gasoline on HZSM-5 zeolite using MR- The results showed that: (1) the product compositions of the products were almost the same although different alcohols were used for the reaction; (2) During the reaction, ) Aromatic content decreased with the increase of reaction time.3. The rate of coke deposition on HZSM-5 zeolite decreased with the increase of the carbon number of the reactant. All of these support the mechanism of positive carbon ion for the catalytic mechanism of alcohol conversion into gasoline over HZSM-5 molecular sieve.
