本文研究亚砜咪唑对食物钴胺吸收的影响.材料为兔肝匀浆,含~(57)Co标记的钴胺0.74nmol/L.受试者于晚10时禁食,次日晨8时随机双盲交叉静脉滴注亚砜眯唑80mg或安慰剂,持续10min.在荧光透视下,将鼻胃管尖端置入胃的最远端.给药后1h抽空胃液,并口服肝匀浆与卡红~(51)CrCls 1g及150ml去离子水.给肝匀浆前后各吸少量胃液测定pH,酸及内因子(IF)浓度.从剂量及粪便的~(57)Co/~(51)Cr比值计算钴胺的吸收.17例男性志愿者完成本研究,平均年龄26(22~38)岁,体重71.5(60~88)kg.结果亚砜咪唑实验组胃内抽吸物的各种间隔时间的pH值比对照组有显著上升(P<0.001).给肝匀浆后30及60min,14例的pH值上升到6.0以上.而胃酸浓度亚砜咪唑组比对照组明显下降(P<0.001),大多数酸浓度为零.平均IF浓度亚砜咪唑组较对照组轻度上升,但无统计学意义.平均钴胺吸收亚砜咪唑试
In this paper, the effects of sulfoximine on the absorption of dietary cobalt amines were studied.The material was rabbit liver homogenate containing ~ (57) Co-labeled cobalt amine 0.74nmol / L. The subjects were fasting at 10pm and the next morning at 8am Randomized double-blind crossover intravenous infusion of sulfoximine 80mg or placebo for 10min.Fluorescent fluoroscopy, nasogastric tube tip into the farthest end of the stomach.After administration 1h emptying gastric juice, and oral administration of liver homogenate (51) CrCls 1g and 150ml of deionized water.The pH, acid and internal factor (IF) concentrations of small amount of gastric juice before and after liver homogenate were measured.From the dose and excretion of ~ (57) Co / ~ (51) Cr ratio calculated cobalt amines absorption.Twenty-seven male volunteers to complete the study, the average age of 26 (22 to 38) years old, body weight 71.5 (60 to 88) kg.Results sulfoxide imidazole experimental group aspiration of various (P <0.001). After 30 and 60 minutes of liver homogenization, the pH value of 14 cases increased to above 6.0, while the concentration of sulfonylurea in gastric acid group was significantly lower than that of control group (P <0.001) <0.001), most of the acid concentration was zero.The average IF concentration of sulfoxide imidazole group slightly increased compared with the control group, but not statistically significant.Average cobalt amine absorption sulfoxide imidazole test
