解析板形刚度理论是具有中国独立知识产权的研究成果。利用解析板形刚度理论所建立的板形向量测控模型计算了多种宽度规格的铝板在不同压下量条件下的板凸度值,并通过在四辊实验轧机上冷轧相同规格铝板的方法对解析板形刚度理论进行了验证,研究结果证明了该理论的正确性。该理论可用于板带轧制过程板形的预测、设定和控制,消除和减少板带轧制中波浪和翘曲等缺陷,并实现板凸度的自由控制。
The analysis of plate stiffness theory is a research achievement with independent intellectual property rights in China. Based on the plate shape vector measurement and control model established by analyzing the plate stiffness theory, the plate crown values of aluminum plates with different widths under different reduction conditions were calculated and compared by the method of cold rolling aluminum plates of the same specification on a four-roller experimental rolling mill The analysis of the plate stiffness theory is validated, and the research results prove the correctness of the theory. The theory can be used to predict, set and control the plate shape in the strip rolling process, eliminate and reduce the defects such as wave and warp in the strip rolling, and realize the free control of the plate crown.
