2001年,我国克服了国际政治经济环境复杂多变的不利影响,国民经济持续健康发展。据国家统计局初步预计,全年完成国内生产总值95800多亿元,比上年增长7.3％,增速高于年初确定的7％的目标。这样的成绩来之不易,是我国正确实施扩大内需政策的结果。下面,简要分析2001年我国财政政策和货币政策执行情况,并就2002年的财政政策和货币政策提出若干建议。 In 2001, our country overcame the complex and ever-changing adverse effects of the international political and economic environment, and the national economy sustained and healthy development. According to preliminary estimates by the National Bureau of Statistics, the GDP of the whole year was more than 9,800 billion yuan, an increase of 7.3% over the previous year and the growth rate was higher than the target of 7% set at the beginning of the year. This hard-earned result is the result of our country’s correct implementation of the policy of expanding domestic demand. In the following, we briefly analyze the implementation of China’s fiscal and monetary policies in 2001 and make a number of suggestions on the fiscal and monetary policies in 2002.
