目的 探讨骨肉瘤组织中P53蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达状态之间及两者与预后的关系。方法 采用免疫组化染色 (SP法 )对40例骨肉瘤活检标本 ,分别进行P53蛋白、PCNA表达的检测。结果 P53蛋白阳性率为55.0% ;PCNA指数范围5%~96% ,平均56.83%±29.80% ;P53蛋白的阳性率与PCNA指数呈正相关 (P<0.01) ;P53蛋白、PCNA表达与肿瘤的大小存在正相关 (P<0.05) ;生存组与死亡组P53蛋白表达和PCNA指数均有显著差异 (P<0.01或0.05) ;预后分析提示P53蛋白、PCNA高度表达的病人预后差 ,但两者并非独立的预后指标。结论 P53蛋白与PCNA的表达之间有明显相关性 ,P53蛋白和PCNA表达对骨肉瘤病人的预后有明显影响。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of P53 protein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in osteosarcoma and prognosis. Methods 40 cases of osteosarcoma biopsy specimens were detected by immunohistochemical staining (SP method), respectively, the detection of P53 protein and PCNA expression. Results The positive rate of P53 protein was 55.0% and the range of PCNA index was 5-96% (average 56.83% ± 29.80%). The positive rate of P53 protein was positively correlated with PCNA index (P <0.01) There was a positive correlation between P53 protein expression and PCNA index in survival group and death group (P <0.01 or 0.05). Prognostic analysis indicated that P53 protein and PCNA highly expressed patients had poor prognosis, but both were not Independent prognostic indicators. Conclusion There is a significant correlation between the expression of P53 protein and PCNA. The expression of P53 protein and PCNA has a significant effect on the prognosis of osteosarcoma patients.
