南水北调中线工程以明渠为主,沿线兴建了众多跨渠桥梁。与一般桥梁相比,跨渠桥梁需要同时满足交通通行和桥下平稳过流的双重需要,对桥梁设计和施工都有新的要求。桥梁施工期内应严格控制桩位偏差,做好建基面保护以及桥墩基础回填,避免过水后塌陷,同时应妥善处理桥梁施工与渠道的相互干扰等问题。文章结合已有的工程实践,对跨渠桥梁施工阶段的控制要点进行总结,介绍了渠道建基面保护、桥墩防渗止水等成熟做法,供类似项目参考。
The South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project is dominated by open channels and a number of cross-channel bridges have been constructed along the route. Compared with ordinary bridges, bridges that span the canal need to meet the dual needs of traffic flow and steady over-flow under the bridge at the same time, and have new requirements for the design and construction of bridges. Bridge during the construction period should be strictly controlled pile deviation, to do a good foundation protection and bridge pier foundation backfill, to avoid collapse after crossing the water, and should be properly handled bridge construction and channel interference and other issues. Combined with the existing engineering practice, this paper summarizes the control points of bridge construction stage, and introduces the mature methods such as channel foundation protection, seepage prevention and sealing of piers, etc., for reference of similar projects.
