本文报道用10例胎龄7~10个月的新生儿鼓膜及听小骨,用10%福尔马林液固定,用以作组织学及织组化学观察。发现鼓膜的表皮层系从外耳道皮肤延续而来,由1~2层扁平上皮细胞构成,直接与纤维层紧密相连,位于槌骨柄及鼓环的表皮层逐渐增厚到4~5层。表皮层移行到外耳道后,逐渐出现皮钉、真皮乳头及真皮层。纤维层位于表皮层和粘膜层之间,由胶元纤维构成。纤维层分两层,外层为
This article reports the use of 10 cases of gestational age 7 to 10 months of neonatal eardrum and ossicles, fixed with 10% formalin, for histological and weave chemical observations. It was found that the epiretinal layer of the tympanic membrane extends from the skin of the external auditory canal and consists of 1 to 2 layers of flat epithelial cells and is directly connected to the fibrous layer. The epidermis located on the shank and the drum ring gradually thickens to 4 to 5 layers. After the epidermis migrates to the external auditory canal, gradually appear nails, dermal papilla and dermis.
