目的:建立同时测定臭灵丹中洋艾素和金腰乙素含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水(60∶40),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长257 nm,柱温32.2℃。结果:洋艾素和金腰乙素分别在0.448~2.24和0.352~1.76μg线性关系良好,平均回收率洋艾素为103.48%(RSD 0.87%),金腰乙素为103.42(RSD 0.91%)。结论:该方法简便,重复性好,可以用于同时测定臭灵丹中洋艾素和金腰乙素的含量。
Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of salicylicin and gold loin B in sopridin. Methods: Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used in this study. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (60:40) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 257 nm and the column temperature was 32.2 ℃. Results: The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between cyanuricum and patulin in the range of 0.448-2.24 and 0.352-1.76μg respectively. The mean recovery was 93.48% (RSD 0.87%) and the average recovery was 103.42 (RSD 0.91%). .
