用模式识别观点对取向硅钢表面氧化镁涂层质量问题进行了分析,直接在由工艺参数构筑的空间中,根据最佳工艺模式的聚类特征筛选主要因素,用PLS方法进行优化处理,就各工艺因素对涂层质量的影响给出了定性的分级及优化方向。
From the perspective of pattern recognition, the quality of magnesium oxide coating on the surface of oriented silicon steel was analyzed. The main factors were screened directly according to the clustering characteristics of the best process model in the space constructed by the process parameters and optimized by PLS method. The influence of process factors on the coating quality gives the qualitative classification and optimization direction.
