矿石的还原性是影响高炉焦比和刊用系数的重要因素之一。尤其在变更配料或采用了新矿种冶炼时,只有弄清矿石还原性能的差异,才能正确地估计它们对高炉热制度带来的影响,保证操作的稳定顺行。矿石还原性的测定条件应尽量与高炉内的条件相似。由于高炉冶炼是一个十分复杂的物理化学过程,这一点实际上是无法实现的。因此,还原试验的任务就是在接近高炉最主要特征的条件下(温度、气相成份、矿石粒度等),测定矿石的还原性能。
The ore reduction is one of the important factors affecting the coke ratio and the published coefficient. Especially when the ingredients are changed or new ore smelting is adopted, only by understanding the differences in ore reduction performance, can the impact on the thermal system of the blast furnace be correctly estimated and the operation is kept stable. Determination of ore reduction conditions should be as similar as the conditions in the blast furnace. Because blast furnace smelting is a very complex physico-chemical process, this is virtually impossible. Therefore, the task of the reduction test is to determine the reduction performance of the ore at conditions close to the most important features of the blast furnace (temperature, gas phase composition, ore size, etc.).
