根据柔性制造系统（ＦＭＳ）的实际需要，研制了一个ＦＭＳ运行状态检测监控系统。介绍了该系统的功能与结构，论述了系统与ＦＭＳ的集成方法，讨论了系统的工作流程及对ＦＭＳ故障的处理策略。
According to the actual needs of flexible manufacturing system (FMS), a FMS operating status monitoring system was developed. The function and structure of the system are introduced. The integration method between the system and FMS is discussed. The working flow of the system and the strategy of dealing with the failure of FMS are discussed.
