首次报道了危害红树林主要植物白骨壤的食叶害虫螟蛾 (Acrobasis sp.) ,该虫在该保护区一年发生6代 ,以幼虫在白骨壤的顶端腋芽里越冬。本文探讨利用苏云金杆菌、白僵菌等不同生物防治技术对其进行室内侵染力测定和林间防治试验 ;结果表明室内外适宜条件下应用苏云金杆菌和阿维菌素复配而成的蔬丹防治效果最理想 ,室内可达 10 0 %,林间达 98.1%。采用白僵菌效果较差 ,室内外均在 70 %左右。从环境保护和海产养殖等多方面综合考虑应选择苏云金杆菌等生物防治措施控制螟蛾的发生和蔓延。
