根据EQ-140汽车前滑板要求局部表面淬火且淬火变形小的特点,参考有关高频电阻加热淬火文献,研制成功了滑板高频电阻加热感应器,进行了表面淬火试验。结果表明,滑板经高频电阻局部表面淬火,具有加热效率高,实现自冷淬火,热影响区小,变形小,耐磨性明显提高等优点。滑板淬火质量能完全满足技术要求。
According to the requirements of local surface quenching and small quenching deformation of EQ-140 automobile skateboard, reference is made to the literature about the heating quenching of high-frequency resistance, and the successful development of the high-frequency resistance heating sensor for skateboarding and the surface quenching test were carried out. The results show that the sliding plate is locally surface-quenched by high-frequency resistance, which has the advantages of high heating efficiency, self-cooling quenching, small heat-affected zone, small deformation and significantly improved wear resistance. Skateboard quenching quality can fully meet the technical requirements.
