本文叙述了采用涡流变频法原理的测量方法来确定金属表面裂纹深度。本测量原理是基于涡流线沿着裂纹深度旁路通过的,随着检测振荡器的线圈阻抗对应于不同裂纹深度而变,致使频率发生变化,经过适当的信号处理即可测出相应的裂纹深度。 本仪器专门用于检测金属表面微细的浅裂纹,特别适用于各类不同材质的金属如奥氏体和粗晶粒的金属。铸铁、铸钢及其合金,以及有色金属铜、铝等。本仪器的测量精度在裂纹深度为50~1000μm时,精度为士10μm。
This paper describes the use of eddy current method to determine the principle of measurement of metal surface crack depth. The measurement principle is based on the eddy current along the depth of the bypass by the crack depth, with the detection of the coil impedance of the oscillator corresponding to the depth of the different cracks and change, resulting in changes in frequency, after appropriate signal processing can measure the corresponding crack depth . This instrument is specially designed for detecting fine cracks on the surface of metal, especially suitable for all kinds of metal with different materials such as austenite and coarse grain. Cast iron, cast steel and its alloys, as well as non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum. The accuracy of this instrument is ± 10μm when the crack depth is 50 ~ 1000μm.
