目的：研究驱避剂新剂型（驱蚊肤宁）的驱蚊效果和动物毒性。方法：实验室和现场驱蚊试验，分别在试者手背和小臂涂驱避剂，观察被蚊虫刺叮时间；动物毒性试验，按ＧＢ１５６７０－１９９５进行。结果：实验室对白纹伊蚊和埃及伊蚊的完全有效时间为６．４６±２．２２和７．６０±２．１９小时。现场试验，在以凶小库蚊为主，且刺叮频率很高的情况下，２小时有效率６０％～７３．７％；在以淡色库蚊为主，刺叮率低的情况下，６小时有效率为５２．４％～９３．７％。驱蚊肤宁对大鼠经口ＬＤ５０＞５０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ，大鼠经皮ＬＤ５０＞８０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ，对家兔皮肤和眼睛无刺激性。结论：驱蚊肤宁效果良好，对温动物毒性低，使用安全。
Objective: To study the mosquito repellent effect and animal toxicity of a new repellent formulation (Mosquito-repellent and Skin-repellent). Methods: Laboratory and field repellent test, respectively, in the back of the hand and arm coated repellent was observed sting bite mosquito time; animal toxicity test, according to GB15670-1995. Results: The laboratory’s complete response time to Aedes albopictus and Aedes aegypti was 6.46 ± 2.22 and 7.60 ± 2.19 hours. In the field test, in the case of Culex pipiens pallens, the effective rate was 60% ~ 73.7% in 2 hours, while in the case of Culex pipiens pallens, 6 hours effective rate was 52.4% ~ 93.7%. Drowning Fu Ning on rat oral LD50> 5000mg / kg, rat percutaneous LD50> 8000mg / kg, non-irritating to rabbit skin and eyes. Conclusion: The mosquito repellent and skin-ning effect is good, the toxicity to warm animal is low, and it is safe to use.
