本文敍述三十一种酚的紫外光吸收光谱。确定在多种酚中引人取代基团能使吸收带高峯向长波部分转移(向红团效应)。同时羟某取代的影响大于烷基取代,所有的对位取代基比鄰位及间位取代基的影响强烈。以一些人造混合物的分析为例,证明以分光光度法测定甲苯酚及二甲苯酚的狭窄馏分的组成是可能的。
This article describes thirty-one phenol UV absorption spectra. It was confirmed that the introduction of the substituent groups in a variety of phenols can shift the peak of the absorption band to the long-wave part (toward the red-boll effect). At the same time, the influence of a hydroxyl substitution is greater than that of the alkyl substitution. All para substituents have stronger influence than ortho and meta substituents. Taking the analysis of some artificial mixtures as an example, it is demonstrated that it is possible to determine the composition of narrow fractions of cresols and xylenols spectrophotometrically.
